Button Bits come in a range of styles, depending on the hardness of your formation and drilling application, whether round conical buttons are needed for hard, granite-like digging to chisel or chisel-scoop buttons for softer unconsolidated formations. We house a large selection of all types for your needs.

Our button bits range in features from gauge and heel protection to custom hard facing on the body. Tungsten shank inserts and skirt protection are also available as requested.

Our Button bits feature center circulation or 3 to 4 jet ports, with the 4th being an optional center jet. We house all jet sizes to meet your TFA (Total Flow Area) requirements.

Button Bits are primarily designed for hard, consolidated environments such as granite, and thick shales, however they are not recommended for sands, soft formations nor Clay as they have a propensity to ball up.
